NTC and UTL subscriber, who has taken ISD facility can
use CAC.
How
to use this feature?
Dial the CAC code (1212) for UTL or (1444) for
NT , then dial the country code, respective
area code and local no.
For e.g. <cac code><country code> <area
code> <local no.>
