Additional Voice Facilities
 
1.Caller Line Identification (Caller ID)

This helps you know who is calling you before answering the call.
This feature is free and comes pre-activated with UTL’s prepaid service.
 

2. Do Not Disturb (DND)

If this service is activated the subscriber will reject all incoming calls

3. Mobile Access Hunting (MAH)
If a group of number is in hunting mode, the call is diverted to another number in a cyclic order.

5. FLXREST Service (FREE Locking)
FLXREST service restricts or allows the international call for subscribers.

Activation: *66 # PIN Code (Default PIN code:-8888) # 8 #
Deactivation: *66 # PIN Code (Default PIN code:-8888) # 9 #

 
6. SPINA Service
This service restricts all outgoing calls when it is activated.

Activation: Dial *67 followed by PIN code and #
Deactivation: Dial *670 <Voice announcement> enter PIN code #
PIN code change: Dial *6700 <Voice announcement> enter OLD PIN Code # and then enter New PIN CODE #

Note: Default PIN code is 888888. It is recommended to change your PIN code
immediately after you subscribe the service.

  
 
7. Call Waiting (CW)
When a subscriber is busy, this service will inform the subscriber of new incoming call and the call can be accepted or rejected. If new call is accepted he/she can switch over the calls.

8. SPINI Service
This service restricts outgoing calls when it is activated and prompts for password immediately after dialing to each call.

Activation Dial *69 followed by PIN code #
Deactivation: Dial *690 <Voice announcement> enter PIN code #
PIN code change: Dial *6900 <Voice announcement> enter OLD PIN Code # and then enter New PIN CODE #
Note: Default PIN code is 888888
 
9. Call Forwarding – Busy (CFB)
If you are busy attending a call and at the same time, if new call comes your new calls will be diverted to any other number if you register and activate this facility.

10. Call Forwarding – Default (CFD)
By setting this facility, your calls will be diverted to any other number when busy and no answer conditions.

11. Call Forwarding – No Answer (CFNA)
If there is no one to attend the incoming call then you can set to divert the incoming call to any number.

13 Conference Call (6 party)

Feature code for conference Call: *81

Mobile A has the conference call facility.
From Mobile A dial the number of mobile B.
Hold the communication between mobile A and mobile B and dial from mobile A

*81#number of Mobile C, if you want to invite mobile C to join the conference call.

Follow the same procedure to invite other people to join the conversation.
