| On inauguration of SMS Service, UTL announces 1 month Free SMS from UTL to UTL Network(both Local and STD). This scheme is valid
until 15th of January, 2009. Afterward following tariff will be applicable: |

| 1.UTL to UTL Local : 50 paisa per SMS |
| 2.UTL to UTL STD : 75 paisa per SMS |
