    In January 2005, UTL has launched a single window, comprehensive automatic voice response system. This includes:
    • Call centre queries related to UTL services, schemes and tariff plans.
    • Bill Inquiry system.
    • Fault booking system.
    • Directory inquiry system.
    • Changed number announcement system.
    • Payment Remainder System
    • Greeting Systems

    For all these IVRS applications, customers will dial single number 2222222.
