Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
In January 2005, UTL has launched a single window, comprehensive
automatic voice response system. This includes:
- Call centre queries related to UTL services, schemes
and tariff plans.
- Bill Inquiry system.
- Fault booking system.
- Directory inquiry system.
- Changed number announcement system.
- Payment Remainder System
- Greeting Systems
For all these IVRS applications, customers
will dial single number 2222222.
