UTL brings you CDMA 2000 1X technology with superior voice quality (less call drops, reduced background noise, minimal interference with other electronic devices). For the further enhancement of our present network UTL is going to add the following services:

• Packet Data Serving Node (PDSN)
  
  The advanced design and architecture of UTL’s WLL-CDMA network can effectively integrate high bandwidth wireless data capability. By the end of this year, UTL will be incorporating Packet Data Serving Node (PDSN) to their present system allowing our customer to access data networks such as Internet or Private Data Networks with data rate up to 144Kbps.
  

• Short Message Service Center (SMSC)
  
  UTL has planned to launch SMS center which allows its valued subscriber to use their phones, not only to receive calls but also for consolidated message delivery from a number of sources like mobile phones, fax machines including internet. SMSC provides electronic messaging, digital paging, voice mail notification and several subscription information delivery services such as sports scores, weather updates and current news.
