UTL's ISD Tariff Slashed

UTL has reduced its iSD Tariiff upto 50%. In addition to USA and Canada, now UTL customers can call India, Malaysia and HongKong at Rs 8 per min. ISD rates other that these 5 countries is also reduced to Rs.15 per minute. This tariff is effective from 1st of Shrawan, 2065 and is available in all UTL Connection i.e. HHT Prepaid, Postpaid and FWT , including customers using CAC Code(1212). Shifting of UTL Connection in other cities of UTL Service Areas

UTL has expanded its service areas in Birgunj , Hetauda, Butwal, Bhairahwa and Pokhara. If the subscriber of one city wants to shift his connection into another city, then he can do it so by paying Rs. 565/- (service charge Rs. 500 + 13% VAT).

Scheme for Closed User Group ( CUG)

UTL Customer can form a 'Closed User Group' by which local calls made to group members shall be charged at discounted rate. This feature shall be applicable under the following conditions :

Each member shall be charged fixed charge of NRs 100/- in addition to monthly rental charge.
Minimum 5 Members are required to form a 'Closed User Group'.
Local Call discount rate shall be 50% .
Every change for member number shall be charged NRs. 250/-
