Enter your phone number along with the area code in the Phone Number field.
i. For e.g. 012000000/9721300000 for Kathmandu Fixed Phone/ Mobile Number respectively. ii. 051200000/9725130000 for Birgunj Fixed Phone/ Mobile Number respectively.
Enter citizenship number as it appears in your citizenship card in Citizenship ID field
i. If you are a foreign citizen, then enter your passport number or your country’s identity card number. (Enter the number of identity card which you have submitted while taking phone along with the application).
Enter your valid e-mail address in the Email ID field.
Enter password in Password field. This password will be used for viewing bill after registration.

Enter Password Answer.
If you forgot your password later, this will be required for creating a new password.
Click on Register
Wait until you get a confirmation email(in the email address provided while registration) and sms (in your phone) about activation of your billing web enquiry account. If may take few minutes.
Enter your username (phone number you have provided during registraion) and password to view your bill statement for different months.
Click Submit.
Click on link My Bill
You will get a list of bill number for different months..
Click on link View Detail to see the detail of bill for particular month.
You must install Adode Acrobat Reader to view your detail bill. If you don’t have acrobat reader installed in your computer, click here to goto adobe site for installation. http://get.adobe.com/reader
